fantastic stay!

the hotel provided a great experience. the family room was very spacious with two big beds and two single beds. it also included two bathrooms (how awesome is that!). the rooms were spotlessly clean and all staff members were lovely.
the breakfast service started a little late, which didn't quite align with my schedule, it started at 8:30.

food service was very quick and efficient. the food was delicious and also plentiful (i loved that!). there was such a variety of foods and everything was so tasty.

the staff was very happy and friendly. they did enough for me when i arrived. i came down for breakfast and the lady who served me was very chatty and nice. everyone was accommodating.
The bed had a firm mattress for my liking. These things are subjective, though.

i was here with my family. we stayed in a family room, and it was spacious. the room had two bathrooms, a great bonus. the extra space helped us feel less cramped (it was a long-awaited getaway!).
breakfast started quite late, so guests looking for an early start may need to find alternatives.

i found the staff consistently helpful. the hotel maintained a super clean condition throughout my visit. the food served was tasty. i will come back.
the communication regarding after-hours entry needed improvement. i waited outside in the rain. it was not ideal at all. i hope this gets addressed soon.
